Tropical Liqueurs’ liquor license is revoked – St. Louis Business Journal

While we don’t like to discuss politics, a tax payer has to look at this and ask some questions.  Soulard is a bar neighborhood known for its late night atmosphere, parties and with all due respect, it is not the cleanest part of St Louis due to that reputation.  It is the home to the country’s second largest Mardi Gras.  Soulard is beautiful and historic, but this is odd, very odd and one has to question the motive.


Good luck to the owners of Tropical Liqueurs on finding a new location that is bar friendly.  What about the other bars in the Soulard community?  Was Tropical Liqueurs really any worse than any of the other bars in the Souldard area?
