Ballwin Restaurants to Donate a Percentages of Sales to Injured Officer

Ballwin restaurants will donate a percentages of their gross sales Monday, July 18th to the family of Ballwin Police Officer Mike Flamion

BALLWIN, MO: Mike Flamion – Such a sad story, but a great example of human kindness.  Ballwin, MO restaurants will donate a percentage of their sales to the family of injured Ballwin policer officer, Mike Flamion whom was shot from behind in the neck after pulling over Antonio Taylor for speeding.  While walking back to his car for a records check, Taylor attached him from behind and shot him.

The following Ballwin restaurants have joined together and agreed to give a percentage of sales, Monday, July 18, 2016 to the family because, regrettably, Office Mike Flamion will need long-term medical care.  In addition to your prayers the family will also appreciate your love and support given by visiting one of the following restaurants:

  1. Candicci’s Restaurant and Bar – 20%
  2. Applebee’s – 15%
  3. McDonalds – 20%
  4. Firehouse Subs – 15%
  5. St. Louis Bread Company – 20%
  6. 6 North Cafe – 15%
  7. Cecil Whittaker’s – 20%

It is hard to imagine the emotions that officer Flamions family must be feeling, the outrage, and the sadness.  When such an act of violence is illustrated, the best way for the community to respond is to bond together and help with as much love and compassion as possible, which will never make up for this insane act of violence.

If you would like to help beyond eating at one of the restaurants mentioned, you can visit GoFundMe and donate money.  The goal is $250,000.00 and they are currently at approximately $170,000.00.  While it is great that so many loving people have given so much, so fast, they still need more.  Please visit one of the restaurants and if possible visit the GoFundMe page and give.
