Crusoes’ Restaurant, Croc’s Sports Bar and Case & Bucks – Dennis Wolz, owner of the three establishments is excited to announce the launch of three new services that will help attract new customers, retain existing customers and enhance customer service and satisfaction (1) VIP Club (2) Customer Loyalty Reward Program (3) Online Ordering.

All of the new systems are state-of-the-art, leading edge technology designed specifically for restaurants.  “We are simply meeting our customers demands.  The world has changed and so shall we,” says Wolz.

The new VIP Club is a mobile text club whereby the establishments can notify customers that have opt into the program about specials, promos or events.  One to two text each week to inform and remind you of upcoming specials, promos and event updates.

The Customer Loyalty Reward Program is a digital punch card that tracks customers purchases.  For each $100 spent at any of the three locations entitles the customer to 10% off during their next visit.  It is an advanced program that avoids cards or numbers to remember.  Just bring your mobile phone in and we confirm your rewards on it.

Online ordering will make it easy for customers to place their carry-out orders.  Visit our website, order online and pay online.  Your order will be ready and warm awaiting your pickup.  This program is mobile friendly.  It will save your order history, payment information and make ordering with each purchase.
